The Corporate Affairs Ministry has asked the Registar of Companies to inspect the books of accounts of the controversial multi-level marketing company Speak Asia and submit its report to the government by July 10. The Singapore-based company Speak Asia, which is yet to be incorporated as a company in India, would be inspected under section 591 of the Companies Act, which is applicable on companies incorporated outside India and has established a place of business within the country, sources said.

"We will scrutinise the affairs of Speak Asia under Section 591 of the Companies Act which deals with the companies which are incorporated abroad," Corporate Affairs Secretary D K Mittal told PTI.

The RoC Delhi, he added, "has been asked to submit its report on the findings by the July 10, 2011".

The company charges a membership fee is Rs 11,000 for a year. The members are expected to conduct online surveys for clients of the firm.

Members are paid for conducting the surveys. The company said that it pays Rs 500 for every survey to its member.

Speak Asia, however, had refused to disclose the names of clients to whom it sells the surveys citing confidentiality reasons.

After controversy erupted in May this year about the company's operations, an investors protection group filed a public interest litigation (PIL) in Bombay High Court. The Court issued summons to five top officials of Speak Asia.

The company, which claims that it has 19 lakh members or panelist in the country, has announced its plans to set up three subsidiaries mainly for content development, survey and marketing in India by the end of August.

The company was in the process of seeking approval from Registrar of Companies, Reserve Bank of India and Foreign Investment Promotion Board .

How to get Ad-sense Approved

If your reading this it’s probably because your interested in our 100% Revenue Sharing Program and your wondering how to get Adsense Approved. Unfortunately, we have no say in determining if Google will approve you or not. In addition, it’s become very hard to become approved without a top level domain  meaning your profile is not enough. You actually have to own a Blog or website. Don’t Fret and get all panicky though because were gone break it down real easy for you. This isn’t a bad thing either as Google just wants to ensure you can produce some quality content and heck, so do we!

Step 1.) Get a Google email account and make sure it consist of your name as much as possible like aksgoth@gmail.com 

Step 2.) Create a Blog at Blogger.com  Why Blogger.com?  Because Google Owns it and Google likes themselves right.  Not to mention its FREE!

Step 3.) Buy a domain.  Try to pick a domain that uses the primary keywords of your blog subject matter.  It cost 10 dollars/year and you can do it right from the Blogger Dashboard.  Just go to settings and then Publishing.  This will change your blog address from “mysite.blogspot.com” to just “mysite.com”  This tells Big G that your serious about doing some quality blogging.

Step 4. The Six Month Probation Period.  At this point Adsense does not want to hear from you.  Instead you will be busy filling your blog with useful original content.  Somewhere between 15-20 post should be sufficient.  You have 6 months so that’s not a huge workload.  For every 5 post you create on your blog create one unique article on your GUAP profile and link back to a relevant topic on your blog.  (Note:  In order to include a promotional link in a Article Submission the content published on GUAP must be original and not found on your blog.)  In addition, choose 1 out of every 5 articles on your blog, the best ones and bookmark them on GUAP, Digg, Reddit, Delicious, Facebook,Twitter and any social bookmarking sites you desire.  The more the merrier right!

The reason you are creating content on GUAP that links back to your blog is so you can drive some of our traffic your way.  Same reasoning for bookmarking some links at GUAP and other social bookmarking websites.  Google wants to make sure you are atleast receiveing some traffic before approving your website.

6 Months is UP Quick Checklist –

Its  time to apply for adsense!

1.   Website is 6 months old.

2.   Website does not have a “still under construction theme”.

3.   Website is full of useful original content (atleast 15-20 posts).

4.   Website has a registered .com under your name

5.   Website has all its links in order and they work

6.   You have a file (usually called adsense.txt) on the root of your domain verifying site ownership with the following text “This post confirms my ownership of the site and that this site adheres to Google AdSense program policies and Terms and Conditions.”  Usually Google will send you a email asking you to do this as a final step in approval.

The only thing I can say here is make sure you use the same personal information you used when creating your google email account and domain registration.  This isn’t the time to get cute and just make up a bunch of crap.

UT-OH, I Got Rejected! Usually we see two main occurrences here.

1.   Issue:  Domain Ownership not evident – Checklist items 1 & 4 & 6

2.   Issue: Under Construction -  2 & 3 & 5

If your still rejected, try to fix the problem and resubmit.  If you’re getting mad then go ahead and contact us and we will take a look at your site and see if we can notice anything that might improve you chances.

·       Google.com earns most of its revenue by allowing other website owners to advertise on their search result pages. All this is managed through a program they call Ad Words.          How Much Can You Earn With AdSense ?

Google does not disclose exactly how much you'll earn per ad that is clicked. The commission you receive per click depends on how much advertisers are paying Google for the particular ads. You will earn a share of that amount.  I've heard of earnings anywhere from 2 cents to $15 per click. So it is logical to believe that keyword phrases like debt free, employment, make money, mp3, sex, etc. will earn you more per click since these are highly competitive keywords that are searched for quite a bit on the web. Advertisers generally pay more for popular terms because they are searched for more.Even though Google will not reveal how much you are earning for each ad that is clicked from your site, you can still login to your account at any time and see the total amount of revenue you've generated that day, week, month, year, etc
But Don’t Copy Paste Data From Other Websites..
For example, if you see that you've made $12.60 today from 9 clicks then you can calculate that your average click-thru commission was $1.40 per click.  That's as detailed as their stats will get.  Also remember, that's only an average.  You won't know how much each specific ad brought in. The amount you will  earn also depends largely on the amount of targeted traffic you receive to your own site, how well the ads match your audience's interests, the placement of the ads on your pages  and of course the amount you receive per click.Ideally you should create a site on a topic you know a lot about.  That way you'll have a much easier time creating a generous amount of content on that subject.
